What is included with my charter?
Our luxury charters include the private use of the vessel, captain, fuel for normal cruising, onboard seating/lounge areas, premium sound system, and access to many of Lake Havasu’s popular destinations and coves.
Specific inclusions may vary depending on the charter package selected.
Where does the charter depart from?
Departure details and meeting instructions will be provided after booking confirmation. Please arrive early to ensure a smooth departure experience.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring food, snacks, and beverages aboard. We recommend bringing items in soft coolers when possible to help maximize onboard space.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Is alcohol allowed onboard?
Alcohol is permitted for guests who are 21 years of age or older. The captain reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a charter if guest behavior becomes unsafe, excessively intoxicated, disruptive, or unlawful.
How many guests can attend?
Guest capacity depends on the vessel and charter selected. All charters must comply with U.S. Coast Guard passenger limits and safety requirements.
What should we bring?
We recommend bringing:
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Towels
- Swimsuits
- Hats
- Snacks and beverages
- Phone chargers or waterproof cases
What happens during bad weather?
Your safety is our top priority. Charters may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, high winds, mechanical concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances determined by the captain or operator.
Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment or deposit requirements have been completed.
The charter operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may receive a full refund or credit with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled departure time.
In the event of operator cancellation due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations or inquiries must be made by phone.
No-shows, late arrivals, or charters terminated by the captain due to unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or uncontrollable guest behavior will be charged the full charter price, with no refunds issued.
Captain Authority & Safety
The captain has full authority regarding vessel operations and onboard safety decisions. Guests must follow all safety instructions and operational rules while onboard.
The captain may terminate any charter without refund if guest behavior is considered unsafe, threatening, illegal, excessively intoxicated, or damaging to the vessel or others.
Liability
Guests participate at their own risk. By boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with boating, swimming, water activities, docks, and changing weather or water conditions.
Lake Havasu Luxury Charter and its operators shall not be held liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Accidents caused by guest negligence
- Delays or interruptions caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances
Damage Responsibility
Guests are financially responsible for any intentional damage caused to the vessel, equipment, furnishings, or onboard property beyond normal wear and tear.
Illegal Activities
Illegal drugs, weapons, violent behavior, and unlawful conduct are strictly prohibited onboard. Any violations may result in immediate charter termination and notification of law enforcement if necessary.
Photography & Media
Photos or videos taken during charters may occasionally be used for promotional or social media purposes unless guests request otherwise in writing prior to departure.
Agreement
By booking or participating in a charter with Lake Havasu Luxury Charter, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
